Agricom.id, JAKARTA – Minister of Agriculture, Syahrul Yasin Limpo (SYL) launched Sistem Informasi Ketenagaan Penyuluhan Pertanian (Simluhtan) and electronic Rencana Definitif Kebutuhan Kelompok (e-RDKK) in ID - base. It is the way of the government to monitor the subsidized fertilizer distribution easily.

“In the future I do hope that there would be no lack of fertilizer and mistarget because those who should get it are in the database from the ID,” SYL said, Monday (30/11/2020) as in the official statement to Agricom.id.

SYL thought that the system would connect to other system, such as, Komando Strategi Pembangunan Pertanian (Kostratani) and Agriculture War Room (AWR). These would make more transparent distribution.

“The launching should urge one data of agriculture in Indonesia. We are heading to the better agricultural system through Simluhtan and e-RDKK," he said.

For information, Ministry of Agriculture Indonesian Republic activates the central data in AWR and Kostratani to increase the effective monitoring and control to the subsidized fertilizers.

Kostratani has been in 7230 sub districts and 5733 badan penyuluh pertanian (BPP). The units are monitored and controlled directly by Minister of Agriculture through AWR.

In the previous, General Director of Agriculture Infrastructure, Ministry of Agriculture, Sarwo Edhy told that e-RDKK in ID – base has lots of advantages namely to control the subsidized fertilizers. He did hope that the data based on the application could be the best solution because it is manually distributed still.

“The fertilizer could be distributed to one farmer per ID per hectare. Everything would be in control by the system,” he said. (A2)
