Agricom.id, JAKARTA –Founder 3XG UK Consulting Ltd., Abah Ofan said that Africa namely Kenya and Tanzania are good for palm oil industries in Indonesia. He also told that the vegetable oil demands are high there. Palm oil is potential to trade to fulfill the needs.

It happened for the approach strategy in Africa changes. He proposed to take Africa. “Indonesia needs to do value change approach and develop the partnership by developing technology,” he said in virtual Indonesian Palm Oil Conference (IPOC) 2020, that Agricom.id did join, Thursday, (8/12/2020).

Meanwhile III Vice Chairman of Indonesian Palm Oil Association (IPOA), Togar Sitanggang said that Africa is the interesting one (to do trade). Though it is not significant still, the palm oil export volume to the continent keeps increasing consistently in every single year. “Africa has the good potential for palm oil industries in Indonesia,” he said.
