Agricom.id, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) reference to decide out fee (OF) in October 2020 is US$ 768,98/metric ton (MT). It increased US$ 30,91 or 4,19% from September 2020 which was US$ 738,07/MT.

It is listed in the Regulation of Minister of Trade 75 / 2020 about the Decision of Export Referential Price (ERP) on the Agricultural and Forestry Products having Out Fee

“The CPO referential price surpassed the threshold US$ 750/MT. The government decided that CPO OF is US$ 3/MT in October 2020,” General Director of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Trade, Didi Sumedi said, as in the official statement to Agricom.id, Thursday (1/10/2020).

The CPO OF in October 2020 is listed in Colom 2, Attachment II,  C, Regulation of Minister of Finance No.13/PMK.010/2017 which is US$ 3/MT. The number increased from the CPO OF in September 2020, which was US$ 0/MT.

The cocoa seed referential price in October 2020 is US$ 2.576,84/MT or increased 7,73% or US$ 184,84 from the previous month which was US$ 2.392/MT. This has something to do with the increasing ERP to cocoa seed in October 2020 to be US$ 2.288/MT, increased 8,59% or US$ 181 from the previous month which was US$ 2.107/MT.

Thee increasing referential price and ERP of cocoa seed happened for the better price in international level. It does not change the OF which remains 5%. It is listed in Colom 2, Attachment II, B, Regulation of Minister of Finance No.13/PMK.010/2017.

The ERP and OF for the skin and wood products have no change from the previous month. They are listed in Attachment II, A, Regulation of Minister of Finance No.13/PMK.010/2017. (A2)
