Agricom.id, JAKARTA – General Director of Population and Civil Registration, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Prof. Dr. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh did appreciate the data of seed and subsidized fertilizer acceptors in ID numbers from the farmers.

He thought that the data of subsidy acceptors is sync with the field data and the database belonging to ID number civil registration of ministry of internal affairs. "Ministry of agriculture is very good because 94 percent of the help acceptors are in sync with the data in ID numbers. It means, both the subsidized fertilizer and seed acceptors run well,” he said, Wednesday (26/8/2020) as in the official written statement to Agricom.id.

Zudan also explained that the fixed field data and the civil registration are the collaboration result between ministry of internal affairs and ministry of agriculture. That is why the good collaboration would be the same with other instances or ministries.

“We know that the data from ministry of agriculture about the numbers of farmers who got the subsidy. The pattern should be well done with other ministries so that in the future we could be like America and Japan which have good data. The officers know the phone numbers of the young men, their parents’ and other family if something happened,” he said.

But he also confessed that the data system is not maximal yet. It still takes time to improve and do new innovation to ease the registration.

“It is not maximal yet but there has been good progress and it is on the track. We could see that ministry of agriculture has realized 95 percent. In the future, we would improve every data in other ministries and institutions,” he said.

Knowing this, corruption eradication commission (CEC) thought that the data registration who got the helps from ministry of agriculture is fixed with the data in ministry of internal affairs.

In the information, CEC thought that ministry of agriculture has consolidated the two sources of data of the farmers, struggled for increasing the distribution and the usage of kartu tani. On the other hand, ministry of agriculture could encourage every program to the farmers by using data to make policy, both in the plans and in the distribution. (A2)
