Agricom.id, JAKARTA – Some members of Commission IV, Indonesian Legislators did appreciate the financial report of ministry of agriculture led by Minister Syahrul Yasin Limpo. Ministry of agriculture is successful to mobilize the economy during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The member of Commission IV, Andi Akmal Pasluddin said that the trade nationally in ministry of agriculture is good enough by involving every general directorate general. He hoped that this would keep going to the end period.

“I do appreciate the report and think that it is good. If I see, the trade was something good,” he said in the meeting with ministry of agriculture in the hall, Jakarta, Thursday (27/8/2020) as in the official written statement to Agricom.id.

Just like what he said, the other member of Commission IV, Endang Setyawati Thohari also appreciated the financial review in minister of agriculture. She thought that the review is the same with the hope.

“I do appreciate because it is the real work. But it is better if ministry of agriculture could develop the innovation about the local and mainstay food products to anticipate the imports,” she said.

For information, the report from Audit Board of Indonesian Republic on the Financial Report in Ministry of Agriculture in 2019 showed that that ministry of agriculture succeeded to get tindak lanjut rekomendasi hasil pemeriksaan (TLRHP) up to 74,35. The numbers were more than those in the previous year which reached 70,39 percent.

Based on the Laws No.15 / 2006, Audit Board of Indonesian Republic checked the Financial Report of Ministry of Agriculture which covered the Balance per 31 December 2019, The Operational Report, The Equity Change Report, and the Notes on the Financial Report and they were Unqualified.

Knowing this, Minister Syahrul Yasin Limpo promised to increase maximally the works. He did hope that the increasing works would directly influence the farmers. (A2)
