Agricom.id, JAKARTA – To increase the exports nationally Komite Pengusaha UMKM Indonesia Bersatu (KOPITU) took ministry of agriculture, ministry of trade, and Eximbank Indonesia to get the access of kredit usaha rakyat (KUR) for the small business and the farmers through E-Commerce Indonesian Grocery platform of KOPITU.
“Indonesian Grocery KOPITU could be the good media of e-commerce for the small business and the farmers to penetrate the exports,” Chairman of KOPITU, Yoyok Pitoyo said through webminar, Tuesday (15//2020) as in the official statement to Agricom.id.
He thought that the businessmen need the government’s support namely in the pandemic. To boost the economy, one thing to do is by exporting the small business and agricultural products.
“We have prepared the initiative. The businessmen and the farmers positively responded. Now we give back to the government about this chance to follow up,” he said.
He also told that this is one thing to support gerakan tiga kali lipat ekspor (Gratieks) that Minister of Agriculture, Syahrul Yasin Limpo proposed.
KUR for the agriculture should be got as the facility for the farmers to produce the high export product. KURBE for the small business should be for the financial supports to do the exports.
For information, KOPITU succeeded to export to United Arab Emirates and would be to other countries
Knowing this, Head of Badan Karantina Pertanian (Barantan), Ali Jamil as the coordinator of Gratieks did appreciate the export penetration.
“We would support in technic development to fulfill the sanitary and phyto sanitary measure. Not only that we would prepare the ‘red carpet’ in the quarantine service so that the products could compete in the exports,” he said. (A2)
